| Wednesday October 5th | School visit(optional)/Sail Training at RBYC Registration 5pm Dinner at RBYC 6pm |
| Thursday October 6th | Regatta Dinner with Host Family |
| Friday October 7th | Regatta Dinner with Host Family |
| Saturday October 8th | Regatta Press Conference TBC Pool Party/Dinner-Newstead-Belmont Hills |
| Sunday October 9th | Regatta Prizegiving Ceremony Departure with Host Family to airport |
| Monday October 10th | Departure for remaining Sailors with Host Family to airport |
